Donating to RoAF
This is where you can find details for donating items to RoAF. However, please check our ‘Please Note’ and ‘Items for Romania’ pages before donating items.
Also check with our local co-ordinators before bringing unlisted or bulky items to confirm our ability to receive them.
Sorting and Packing: Horley (Gatwick) area

Packing Sessions are between 13:30 and 15:30 on the first and third Fridays of each month. However, we are NOT open on GOOD FRIDAY, nor between Christmas and New Year, and the packing team usually takes a break during August each year.

Clothing deposit boxes
We have a deposit box for clothing, footwear and bedding only, accessible 24-7. Please do not use this box for other items. It is located at St Francis’s Church, 84 Balcombe Road, Horley, RH8 9AY

Sussex Warehouse: Billingshurst, West Sussex
Unit 7, Huffwood Trading Estate, Brookers Road, Billingshurst, RH14 9UR.
Our use of the Billingshurst warehouse will be discontinued with effect from 16th November 2024.
The 24-7 drop box at the warehouse is now closed.
